For those new to a
movement style or for those wishing to strengthen their understanding of
class fundamentals. This class is open to adults of any age, shape or
size who wish to experience the many benefits of movement.
Level 1
A slow-to-moderately paced class designed to increase
flexibility and strength and support the development of your practice.
Level 2
A moderately paced class designed to build strength and
stamina, and for those with an ongoing practice who wish to deepen their
understanding and explore a wider range of variations.
Level 3
A challenging moderate-to-fast paced class designed for
seasoned movers, instructors and professionals. Advanced variations are
part of the practice. Not suitable for beginners.
Open
All levels welcome. The instructor might offer optional variations
to accommodate different levels.
** Whatever level class you choose to attend, we encourage students to
go at their own pace and listen to their own body. You are always
welcome to adapt movements to suit your needs, come out of positions
early and rest when appropriate.
