5Rhythms Wave  
Weekly instruction in the 5Rhythms practice of Gabrielle Roth designed to free the spontaneous dancer living inside everyone.
   
Sweat Your Prayers  
A dive into the 5Rhythms practice using an uninterrupted musical ‘Wave’ as your guide (minimal instruction).
   
Modern Jazz Dance  
Using jazz and popular music, dancers will explore rhythm, isolations, stretching and dance combinations in a asafe environment of support and encouragement. Follows the Simpson technique, which is a powerful training program emphasizing correct placement and alignment to avoid injury and support longevity.
   
Adult Ballet  
Class contains a basic structure of contemporary ballet. Relaxing on the floor, we begin slowly and gently to introduce movement to the body. Followed by a basic bar warm-up, starting with plie’ and moving up through a grande battement. We then break briefly for water and personal stretch. We then resume at center floor and work on the positions of the body and then continue with adagio, pirouette, petit, grande allegro, and finishing with reverence.
   
Nia  

Nia is a dynamic cardiovascular movement technique that stimulates and integrates your mind/body/spirit and leaves you feeling recharged,rejuvenated, and fully alive. Nia blends dance, martial arts and healing arts to allow your child, athlete, warrior, and dancer within to expressively emerge. Each student is encouraged to modify their movement, speed, and range of motion so all fitness levels can self-guide their Nia practice to meet their needs.

   
Tribal Belly Dance  
Tribal BellyDance is a fusion of traditional belly dance forms from around the Mediterranean, and non-specific to any one country. What sets it apart from all other dance styles is its use of synchronized group improvisational choreography, which enables dancers to be in the moment while dancing with others. Level 1 is held the first hour of class and is for anyone interested. No previous dance experience neccessary. Dancers will learn slow and fast movements, finger cymbals, shimmies and turns as well as the group improv process used for Tribal Style in this class. Level 2 is held during the second hour of class. Dancers experienced in Level 1 or in Tribal BellyDance styles will stay for both hours. You will learn more advanced steps and combinations, more finger cymbal patterns, balancing props, as well as rehearse for upcoming shows during practice time. Odissi Dance - Classical Indian Dance  

Cradled in spirituality, Odissi dance was originally performed in the temples of North Eastern India.  Over time, this dance form has transformed and found new life on the stages of India and around the world. The weaving together of eye movements, hand gestures, rhythmic footwork, music and mythology creates a timeless monument to Indian culture.

   
Contact Improv  
With grace and control, partners move in and out of physical contact while rolling, spiraling, springing and falling. They find ways to "enjoy the ride" and improvise while mutually supporting and following each others movements. The dancing is unpredictable and inspired by the physical and energetic contact the partners share. Students learn to be centered, grounded and resilient with a vocabulary of movement that allows them to fall safely, lead and follow and be present in the moment. Please wear long pants and T-shirt with half sleeves, as we slide on the floor.

Anusara Yoga  
Anusara Yoga is an integration of the strength and flexibility of the physical body which is used to enhance and expand the student's body consciousness and spiritual awareness. Anusara employs Universal Principles of Alignment which can enhance any movement experience. This class is designed to deepen the students' practice and understanding of yoga in a joy filled way.
   
Flow Yoga  
Traditional postures connected with intentional transitions and set to rhythmic music to create an experience of meditation in motion. Classes include precise instruction, gentle adjustments, and philosophy that focus the practice toward celebration, healing and heart-opoening. Classes work through basic standing poses, hip and hamstring opening, core and upper body strengthening, and emphasize breath as the vehicle to connect to and release tension.
   
Gentle Yoga  
A gentle Hatha yoga class designed to lubricate joints, promote strength and encourage flexibility and balance. Great for beginners, those with injuries, or those wishing to slowly open and strengthen the body in a non-intimidating atmosphere.
   
Iyengar Yoga  
Integrating the 8 Limbs of Yoga in the Iyengar Hatha Yoga tradition. Focus is on alignment, symmetry and the understanding of the relationship between body, breath, and mind. Props are used to deepen the mind/body connection as well as accommodate any special needs such as injuries or structural
imbalances and to enhance deep relaxation. Emphasis is on teaching an intelligent, safe, consistent home practice that will develop strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, focus and inner peace.
   
Jivamukti Yoga  
Jivamukti Yoga® is a challenging form of vinyasa asana practice (flowing postures) which emphasizes the power of an elevated intention and an open heart. Together, these create a conscious and blissful space to experience chanting, meditation, nada yoga (the yoga of deep listening), and the study of sacred texts.
   
Kundalini Yoga

Pre Natal Yoga

Restorative Yoga  
These soothing and well-supported poses offer the opportunity to rest quietly in poses for long periods leaving students nourished and well rested. These postures are usually completely supported by blankets, blocks, or other props and are held for several minutes at a time. Class begins with a few minutes of gentle movement before settling into the restorative poses. A little stretching will warm the muscles and create space in the body to prepare it for relaxation. Movement will also give the body a chance to shed its restlessness before settling into a place of stillness.
   
Viniyoga  
This lineage focuses on the spine and breath, adapting asanas and sequences to maximize structural benefits while minimizing risk to the joints.
   
Vinyasa Yoga  
Vinyasa flow is a dynamic blend of traditional styles (i.e. hatha, ashtanga, iyengar, anusara, viniyoga) that offers students a place to build physical stamina, spiritual strength, emotional balance, and mental focus. Incorporating breath and movement, vinyasa practice includes physical asana, pranayama, meditation, and chanting.   It is an opportunity to nourish the heart & soul and to rejuvenate and regenerate the body&mind, while sharing in the support of community.
   
Yoga Basics

Kid's Ballet  
Body alignment, mental focus, basic positions and movement taught in a fun and encouraging environment.
   
Creative Movement  
Introduces the fundamentals pre-ballet through fun exercises and movement games. The Children will learn the importance of expressive dance with focus on creativity. Pretty Pink tutu’s and princess crowns are accepted.
   
Jazzy Jazz  
Learning the fundamentals of dance postures and steps with emphasis on building coordination, memory skills and of course Fun! We will learn musicality, tap our toes and sweat to the latest popular music.
   
Kids Nia  
A dynamic, creative movement practice centered around fitness. Teens will build concentration, coordination and memory through a fun blend of dance, martial arts and healing arts.
   
Teen Tribal Belly Dance  
A fusion traditional styles only more fun because we can use more personal creativity in our costumes and music, while learning to follow each other through both fast and slow movements.
   
Fun Flow  
A playful blend of yoga postures, Brain Gym, and Qi Gung exercises, this dynamic class aims to enhance body awareness, balance and calm the nervous system, and encourage greater expression in daily life.
   
Kids Theatre  
Creative movement, vocal exercises, improvisational games and scene work prepare kids for performance and free expression.
   
Music Appreciation  
Ebb & Flow’s series of classes introduces children to musical instruments such as percussion, double bass and key board. Classes will also cover how to better listen to music, and how music connects to other art forms.
   
World of Music  
Travel back in time to study classical, blues, jazz, rock and contemporary music through a combination of listening, playing and watching. We will take time to understand the path of rock history while learning their rhythms.
   
Art Extravaganza  
With different project every week, we will learn to use elements from our environment to create masks, collages, and more! We will explore drawing, shading and coloring to express creativity.
   
Make Old New  
Designing, pinning, cutting, sewing …Voila! All the basics to pattern following and hand sewing. Along with using old clothes, scrap fabric and nick-knacks to create a whole new wardrobe.

In this yoga class we will learn to use the power of the belly to protect the low back and move the pelvis to support the optimal alignment of the spine. We tone the back body (including the gluts) to connect us to universal support and build the confidence to open and express the heart freely and fearlessly. MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES
Tai Chi  

Tai Chi can perhaps best be thought of as a moving form of yoga and meditation combined. There are a number of different tai chi forms which consist of a sequence of movements performed slowly, softly and gracefully  with smooth and even transitions between them.  In Chinese medicine there exists the concept of 'chi', a vital force that animates the body. One of the aims of Tai Chi is to foster the circulation of this 'chi' within the body and doing so, the health and vitality of the person are enhanced. Tai Chi requires no special clothing or equipment, can be practiced by all age groups and can be performed in a small space. It takes only 10 minutes of daily practice to achieve noticeable results.

Capoiera WorkOut

 
This is a fun way to work out to wonderful music from Brazil. Capoeira is a beautiful elegant Martial Arts form Brazil that combines dance, Martial Arts, some acrobatics and is practiced with music. The Capoeira Works Out class is a power package that includes a cardiovascular training, as well as stretching and toning the whole body evenly in a unique, playful and varied way. It not only strengthens arms, legs, pelvis, back and stomach without doing boring exercises but teaches coordination and grace. You will also get acquainted with an important aspect of Brazilian culture. For all ages.

Dance Trapeze  
Dance Trapeze is a unique cross-pollination of circus aerial arts, dance and climbing skills.  Known as low-flying trapeze because a dancer can reach the apparatus from the stage, this movement art form combines core body strength with skill to create an awareness of one's spatial orientation in the air. Although taught at an introductory level, students need to have good upper body strength and know what it means to move from their core. It is an enchanting and challenging  exercise that naturally increases strength, coordination and grace.
